Ayman Alashkar MSc is the CEO of Hamilton Bradshaw MENA, the Dubai-based family office of James Caan CBE, where he leads investments into founder-led, service-driven businesses and alternative assets across the GCC. He is also the Founder & CEO of overwrite.ai, the region’s first generative AI platform purpose-built for real estate professionals.

With over 20 years’ experience in real estate advisory, private banking, and technology—including senior roles at Emirates NBD and Colliers International—Ayman brings a unique perspective on the economic and digital trends shaping the real estate services sector in the GCC.

Dr. Abdulla Al Wahedi is a leading facilities management expert in the region and the founder and owner of Irtikaz Group which offers property management and owners association management services in Dubai. He has over two decades of experience in facilities management and has held several high-profile roles including his last role as senior director facilities management in Emaar Properties where he oversaw the FM operations of iconic projects such as Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall was the head of Emaar District Cooling Company. In addition, Abdulla supported the FM operations in Emaar’s international subsidiaries in Turkey, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Abdulla’s experience is not limited to real estate sector, but also includes a vast experience in telecommunication and district cooling services. At the beginning of his career, Abdulla worked on the first commercial district cooling plant in the UAE with The National District Cooling Company “Tabreed” Later on, he moved to Etisalat and managed various telecommunication and commercial buildings. During his tenure with Etisalat, he was privileged to be part of the project team that setup the second mobile telecom operator in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia “Mobily” and responsible for the developing and operating its MEP services in the eastern province.

Abdulla is certified facilities management trainer for MEFMA and a regular participant in regional property and facilities management conferences. Abdulla holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Seattle University, a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the American University of Sharjah, a master’s in international business law (LLM) from the University of Paris and a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in business administration from the British University in Dubai. Also, he is a graduate of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) and has won Shaikh Rashid Award for Academic Achievement.

Hassan Alladin is Associate Director of Strategy and Consulting at Cavendish Maxwell, where he leads advisory engagements across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors. With over a decade of experience in real estate consultancy and asset management, Hassan has advised institutional clients across the UAE on development strategies, portfolio optimisation, and financial feasibility. He holds an MBA from London Business School, with a focus on Strategy and Finance, and has a proven track record in delivering data-driven insights to support investment and planning decisions.

Christopher Cina is Director of Sales at Betterhomes UAE, Dubai’s most established real estate agency and holds over 20 years’ experience with a decade of proven leadership in the region.

Previously, he served as Head of Sales at Eagle Hills, an affiliate of Emaar Properties, where he led sales and marketing campaigns for landmark developments including Ramhan Island Abu Dhabi (AED 4.5 bn launch), Address Residences Fujairah & Mandarin Oriental Residences Oman.

During his distinguished 13 year career in Dubai, Christopher has managed high performing teams focused on selling single tower residential projects, hotel apartments, and large scale mixed use master plan communities across the UAE.

At Betterhomes, he continues to lead, advise and deliver on exclusive development mandates, and deliver exceptional outcomes for investors, developers, and clientele.

An architect by profession, Prof Jeevan worked for Emaar Properties since 2002 and set up the region’s biggest community management company for Emaar Properties, managing some 170 towers and 14,000 homes and the tallest tower in the world, Burj Khalifa. Later he also set up Nakheel Community Management that manages the Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Gardens and many of Nakheel’s large master communities. He has been a consultant for Dubai Holding, Sobha Realty, Deyaar, MAF Properties, King Abdullah Financial District (Riyadh) and many other large developers in the UAE, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia and has worked on several iconic master communities in the region.

An author of four books, and a US-accredited, Dubai and Bahrain RERA-authorized lecturer, he received a doctorate in Educational Management and Doctor of Letters (D. Litt) at Azteca University, Mexico and serves as their visiting Professor of Real Estate. He has been appointed as Professor of Practice for Woxsen University, India. In 2014 he won the prestigious 'President's Award' in the USA and has received a multitude of awards and accolades from across the world.

Prof. Jeevan is also the President of Global Leaders Today magazine and a board member of the US-based 50-year-old Community Associations Institute, where he served as the first International President for 2024. He was also a Board Member of the Rotary Club of Dubai.

Peter May is the Vice President of Operations at Silkhaus, where he leads the company’s real estate and operations strategy across Asia.

Peter joined Silkhaus after serving as Regional General Manager at Trella, where he oversaw the significant growth of its digital logistics marketplace across the GCC. His career began in strategy consulting at Monitor Deloitte and Doblin, where he specialized in strategy development and innovation, helping global organizations to transform their businesses.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, including an exchange semester at The University of Texas at Austin.

Anisha Sagar is the Director of Property Management at Allsopp & Allsopp Group, one of Dubai’s leading real estate firms since 2008. A dynamic and results-driven leader, Anisha brings a strategic, action-oriented approach to every facet of her role, ensuring the seamless management of one of the city’s most prestigious property portfolios.

Her journey in real estate began at a young age in the UK, where she started as a Lettings Manager at a corporate firm. Driven by a passion for growth and excellence, she joined Allsopp & Allsopp in 2015 as a Senior Portfolio Manager.

Through her dedication, she swiftly rose through the ranks, becoming Head of Property Management and now holding the esteemed position of Director of Property Management.

Matt Myers is an Assistant Professor at Heriot-Watt University in Dubai, with over 35 years of experience in property valuation. He holds MAI and FRICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor designations. Matt has taught in the USA, Fiji, Australia, the UK, and the UAE, and has conducted valuation studies worth billions of USD. His research focuses on real estate valuation in developing countries and the South Pacific.

As Executive Vice President & Head of the MENA Region at Delos, he has been instrumental in driving the WELL Healthy Building movement across the region. Since introducing WELL to MENA in 2019, Tekha has led the enrollment of over 1 billion square feet of projects in various WELL programs, working alongside governments, multinational corporations, and leading developers. His collaborations include The UAE Prime Minister’s Office, Dubai Police, Majid Al Futtaim, Misk Foundation, ADNOC, Mubadala, Emaar, Nakheel, and many others.

An expert in global cities, Dr. Amy Hochadel’s mandate is to manage Expo City Dubai's Urban Lab as an open, innovation-driven, city-wide testbed dedicated to piloting and showcasing technology and innovative solutions for sustainable urban development. Her role sees her work closely with entrepreneurs, large and small businesses, academia, global cities and governments who are eager to transform sustainable urban ideas into practical and scalable solutions.

Dr Amy joined Expo City in 2024 and brings more than three decades of experience in politics and public policy, as well as community, government, diplomatic and international relations. She has served as special adviser to Congressional and Presidential candidates across the United States, as well as for British Members of Parliament, and has been a guest lecturer at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.

A specialist in enabling local governments and leadership around the world build globally focused, innovation-based economies, Dr Amy holds a Doctorate in International Political Economy from King’s College London. In addition to her master’s degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University, she also holds a certificate in Advanced Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School of Communication. She is the author of Local Leadership in a Global Era: Policy and Behaviour Change in Cities, which explores the changing role local leaders play in addressing local challenges through global engagement.

Dr Magd Zoroob is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of FutureOS, a PropTech AI company reshaping the world of tomorrow with technologies that inspire transformation and empower progress. He leads the Future OS team, previously part of Expo City Dubai’s Future Technologies division, which develops technological tools, including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, to deliver cutting-edge innovations that redefine industries. His team also continues to support Expo City by operating its smart infrastructure, IoT systems and other technologies.

Prior to this, Dr Zoroob was Senior Vice President – Future Technologies at Expo City Dubai, responsible for leading the city’s research and development vision and strategy for technology and innovation. During Expo 2020 Dubai, he led the development of ‘Virtual Expo’ – a groundbreaking experience that included massive multiplayer online (MMO) gaming, virtual tours, live streaming and other immersive technologies.

An entrepreneur and technology leader with more than 20 years’ experience in scaling technology businesses from early concept stage to mass production and commercialisation, Dr Zoroob has worked on virtual experiences, Internet of Things (IoT), electronics, photonics, mathematical modelling and cloud software solutions. He has provided consultancy and advisory services for major technology projects and end-to-end solutions for virtual platforms.

Dr Zoroob is an inventor with more than 30 granted patent families in areas including photonics, lighting, LEDs and IoT and has co-founded two technology companies in the UK. He was also a member of the Board of Advisors to the IBM Watson IoT Platform.

Dr Zoroob holds a PhD in microelectronics and a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of Southampton, UK.
